Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unburned candles and wax products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Wax melts that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at smccandles@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
